"TOM AND THE BOYS REALLY HELPED ME IN MY TIME OF NEED. THEY SOLD ME AN ENGINE AND INSTALLED IT AT A GREAT PRICE AND EXPLAINED WHY I WANTED TO PUT NEW FILTERS AND FLUIDS AND GASKETS IN IT WHEN INSTALLING THIS ENGINE THEY ALSO GAVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON MY NEW ENGINE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WITH ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW. THANKS BUDGET "

"I had my auto towed over to Budget the other day, thinking I was in need of an alternator. I live out of state and know nobody in the area. I got the phone book out and called Budget, as an individual told me that I needed an alternator for my car. I had spoken with several employees just prior to visiting their location, and each seemed VERY helpful and kind over the phone. Tom at Budget had given me the name of a person in the area that could install the item for me, but when I called him, he noted that he would was out of town. I called Budget back to see if they had anyone else they could suggest and Tom simply said, "Bring it over and we will put it on". When I arrived at Budget, Tom had one of the employees to check on my car who spoke very little English...I mean VERY little. The employee was VERY nice. Thankfully, the individual who towed me over to their lot spoke Spanish, and he conveyed to the person what I needed done. The employee from Budget jump started my car, and while the car was running he was able to check to see if the alternator was in need of replacing...something I was told a few hours earlier I needed replacing! He conveyed to me that the alternator was fine, and the battery was fine too. I speak almost no Spanish, but was able to understand what was being told to me. I went inside to tell Tom that everything was fine with the car and asked him what I owed him for the time/trouble to check on the car. I WAS CHARGED NOTHING!!! Two things to note...I could have been sold an alternator that didn't need replacing, and 2ndly I could have been charged a "bench" fee just for looking at the car! NO CHARGE AT ALL!!! I met 2 other employees while there (both sons of the owner), who were BOTH very kind and courteous. 1 was an employee, and the other still in high school. Budget will be the 1st place for me to check if ever I'm in need of a replacement part for any of my cars. I thank each of you for a an experience I will never forget! Regards, Kevin South Carolina"
